Your spine is the central structure of your body. In fact, your central nervous system is so important that it’s the only structure in your body completely encased in bone to protect it.
When your spine is out of proper alignment, there are a variety of physical and metabolic factors that are compromised. From an exercise standpoint, imagine trying to perform squats, bench press, or box jumps with your torso leaning all the way over to the right. Pretty difficult, right? This position would also cause you to tire faster and not perform optimally, which would inevitably result in pain and injury.
Well over 90% of the population is walking around (or sitting at their desk job) every day with a major imbalance in their body that is robbing their performance and metabolism. Associating a healthy lifestyle with proper nutrition, consistent exercise, and having a positive mental outlook is absolutely essential. However, without a properly functioning spine and properly responding nervous system, all of these key health components are not able to express their full potential.
The health of your spine and nervous system therefore directly affects your overall health & vitality.
